The chisel is hardened to an impressive 66 to 68 Rockwell, offering superior wear resistance, excellent grindability, exceptional toughness, and consistent hardness retention. The ergonomically designed handle is made from stained black ash and measures approximately 12-1/2 inches in length, contributing to the tools overall length of about 18-1/2 inches.
